I believe Conan O’Brien on Revision3 would be nothing short of epic. Rev3’s Ryan Vance speaks truth when he say’s IPTV is the future. With the current digital content shift who has been more pioneering in producing high quality, regularly updated, episodic web content than Rev3? And what better candidate than Conan to make the leap from prime time to anytime? The web is ripe, his audience is ready, and his fans WILL follow! Sure, Conan wouldn’t take home nearly the same pay (initially) but what would he care when NBC’s allegedly buying him out for $30M.

A partnership between Conan and Revision3 could prove inexorable and lead both parties to making entertainment history, forever establishing themselves as industry game changers. Although Revision3 is succeeding on this path already, with or without CoCo, I’d love to see Conan break away from the time slot paradigm, as well as many of the other foibles that come along with traditional broadcast media, and embrace a future entertaining billions around the web and around the world. While some others aren’t quite as optimistic, I’ve got my fingers crossed.
